How do you like your tabata in the morning?
I like mine with a hug.
Dark or light, the world’s all right as long as I get my hug.
It was definitely dark this morning, there were definitely hugs, and there most certainly was tabata. The Easter Bunny came by and dropped off her eggs. Clearly the poor little lady has become a little twisted – presumably with jealousy over how much more popular Santa is than her – because her eggs were a little more sadistic than usual. Let’s just say, there was a lot of leg work today.
The positive side to this drastic change in the personality of one of our favourite (but not as favoured as Santa) festival characters is that I get to eat all of the chocolate eggs. I’m going to claim that it’s carb loading. #carbloading

ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Saturday morning, we’re collaborating with NightTerrors Run Crew and The North Face on a tune up run for ECSON. ECSON is the only Canadian race of TNF’s Endurance Challenge Series, and as we’ve doubtless mentioned before, is also November Project Summit 2016. We want all of you to be there with us because it’s going to be a blast. Saturday’s run gives the option of either an 8km or a 14km trail run, and all of the details can be found here. Please do come out with us and spread the NP love.
- We have a few ‘November Project’ keyrings up for grabs through various challenges that will be announced at random in blog posts such as this. We are starting this with a keyring for the first person to recruit an immediate family member. By ‘recruit’ we mean drop a #verbal on the Tracker, show up to the workout that they’ve verballed for, maybe hug a random person or two, and then workout with us. By ‘immediate family’ we’re talking brother/sister, husband/wife, mother/father: none of that
- Next Wednesday – Michelle may have been hungover when we planned this one too. Or maybe we haven’t planned it yet. PSYCHE. Be sure to drop your #verbal.
