Happy to have you- Easter poppy hoppy (YOW)

Wisconsin notes for March 30, 2018

  • Today we returned to the old stomping ground, the very first workout ever in November Project Ottawa history: the arboretum
  • Today was Good Friday and it was a goooood Friday
  • We bounced in a parking lot
  • We cheered for newbies
  • We cheered for first timers to the arboretum
  • We ran through some beautiful spring mud
  • We had a great running demonstration that involved eating shit sprinting down the hill… not going to name any names
  • We sucked wind climbing hills
  • We cheered, encouraged and pushed people up to the top of that steep climb
  • We push-up’d with partners
  • We as a team, managed to transport 162 chocolate eggs from the bottom of the hill to the top of the hill in less than 31 minutes, that’s climbing that hill a WHOLE lot of times and it was a push at the end
  • We completed the #marchmadnesspushups with grace
  • We ate chocolate
  • It was noted that the grab bag exercise to “high five every person who drops an egg in the basket” was taken to a whole new level when someone chased another sprinting up the hill and then down the hill again to make sure he got to everyone
  • We enjoyed each other’s company to start the holiday on the right foot
  • The morning was filled with bunny ears, hoppy feet and smiley faces
  • Thank you for sharing your morning, your holiday, your time and energy with us
