It’s back! I mean you know this already. You saw the posts, the announcements, even the beacons of Minas Tirith have all told you that on Weds we are back at commonwealth stadium. For many this is the sign that summer is here and we all get to celebrate by sweating up and down those concrete stairs. Some folks only show up for this aspect of NPCan and that’s ok. Obviously I hope everyone finds a reason to enjoy this community that we put love and joy into but I mean look at Commonwealth. Look at it!!!!!!!! I get it
This is just AWESOME! You get a really great workout and the best sunrise in the city.
The City of Edmonton makes this happen for us and truly it is a privilege to be able to enjoy this part of the city for another year. I promise the season will be over before we know it so I hope and cannot wait to see you there.
As we start up the hype for the big tenth birthday (July 12, 2023 – mark it in your calendar) grab everyone you know and let’s make this 2023 season one to remember.

Commonwealth Stadium THIS WEDNESDAY Meet at Gate 2
Sunrise 6k May 22nd – park at Kinsmen and walk to the north side of Walterdale bridge (ppl will be there by 5:45am). We wait/cheer for everyone to finish so bring a snack or a jacket as needed. There will be a place to leave a bar and water bottle.
