Century, Burnouts & Birthdays (PHL)

Quick (work is busy) workout recap:

This morning’s brightness and warmth brought out a healthy number of humans for our 6:25 AM sweat session.  After our morning suicides we broke into groups of 12 and did our famous (infamous?) Century Workout.  Each team member completed 100 burpees, push-ups, sit-ups, squats and jumping jacks.  After which we raced stairs, hugged and crowd surfed our three birthday girls Tammy, Christina and Lindy…HAPPY BIRTHDAY LADIES!
