ADD ME MAYBE?
As usual November Project Queen City work outs are unknown to the tribe. Sometimes we get a suggestion [and include it] or asked if running is involved [and will let one know] but 99% of the time it’s a complete surprise [even to us].
Today’s workout was exactly that – not only did David give out his home phone number, Wayne personally called Breanne and thanked her for showing up instead of texting, Kate recruited two runner’s mid workout, Madison recruited the most newbies, & Kyle and Gord joined us for the first time
and the positivity award was given out to…

Even on summer holidays these girls get up at 6AM [no excuses]
ps. rumor has it they were making pancakes at 2am before the workout

November Project is a fun exciting way to be active and get involved in the community. love attending November Project Queen City because they make working out fun! The workout emphasizes on community building through motivating each other and being kind to one another. Don’t think it’s all for fun though….. you do sweat a lot but you enjoy it. Today the workout for 30 minutes consisted of exchanging phone numbers. Each number had a corresponding exercise and you had to complete the full phone number starting with the area code! After our exhilarating workout, we texted the random number we had by sending a selfie and thanking them for showing up! This is a fun new way to get involved with people in the community and at the end of each workout we take a group photo and see how many new faces have shown up!
