It was a warm one Mr. Grinch!
We had a beautiful post-Christmas workout in Edmonton today. A snow-crusted, but not icy, Emily Murphy hill was poked, prodded and tromped upon as those of us not holidaying worked off the season’s goodies. Much of the tribe is spread out coast to coast from Richard in PEI and Ellen in Victoria, we hope that you have all found hills to eat for breakfast as well!
