San Francisco has finally passed the 100 mark! It has been a long road, from the early days at Kezar Stadium, to the angry neighbors at…well…almost everywhere we go. But we have finally collected 100 twisted souls to meet us for a morning workout that will surely make you go home and question your own sanity.
Ho Ho Ho!! Merrrrrry Christmas! Guest blog post by Marisa Levine
Today in SF Ted Gurman, Co-leader of the MSN tribe, led NPSF through their paces. They ran, they jumped, they awkwardly laughed at Ted’s not-so-funny jokes. Big thanks for TG coming through so the SF tribe didn’t miss a beat. For today’s blog post, we asked Marisa Levine to write about her intro to NP and how it has changed (or ruined?) her Wednesday/Friday mornings. We hoped for the former, but promised not to edit if she chose the latter. Marisa is another Northeastern University graduate (Go Huskies!) and has been one of our leading recruiters with her genuine enthusiasm, that she lightly mixes with a twist of sarcasm. Something all NP leaders appreciate. Take it away Marisa! And a MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!
TG, I mean BG, I mean TG comes to NPSF
For the next two weeks we will be graced with the presence of NP Madison’s leader, Ted Gurman. Ted has many personalities, depending on the day you may get Brogan Graham or Teddy Testosterone. That’s up to Ted to decide. Next Wednesday, Christmas day, Ted will be leading the NPSF workout at Alamo Square. Be there or be square! I can’t believe it’s taken me 8 months to use that line.
The Day A Hologram Won PR Wednesday
Heading into the new year, Clayton and I have a lot to work on. One of the top things that *should* be on our list is to start thinking before we speak. What’s worse than Laura’s meaningless banter, is when Clayton gets involved and out loud we have a conversation about the fast tribe members…in front of the fast tribe members…while they are racing. All comments stem from our insecurities that they just may be faster than us. A lot faster than us. It is as if we fear a tribe mutiny and you are all going to trample our backs with your NB 1400’s, leaving us only with each other, the peg leg, and this blog to ramble about “that time we once led a group of SF yahoo’s.”
