Today we dressed in the colors of the rainbow, to show our support for Pride and the advances our country has made.  Today we represented civil rights for ALL members of our society, our community, our tribe.  Show up, bring your friends, your family, your neighbors, give hugs, high fives, laugh, and bust your ass in a tough workout.  And know that the community you are a part of represents something bigger than just a workout group.  We only have one requirement at November Project, that you #justshowup with a positive attitude and an open mind.  We are all unique, strong, and special in out own way, and we are ALL members of this tribe, November Project San Diego.  We’re living in good times, people.  There is rapid movement toward the way things SHOULD be, and OUR movement is a part of that change.  So keep on spreading that love.  We welcome all comers.  We’re in this thing together! Today, NPSD, you were down right American.  You worked hard, hugged harder, and weren’t afraid to get a little dirt under those fingernails.  And I’ll be damned if we don’t keep that American spirit going all through the month of July.  How many of you patriots will we see at EVERY Monday workout location this month?  How many of you will make the commitment to one another, like true Americans?  Lift yourself out of bed, and come help lift up your fellow man! read more

Oh Canada, we stand on guard for thee!!

As the tribe they call November Project San Diego gathered near the fountain of blue water known as Bea Evenson in the park of Balboa, the glorious anthem of our brothers and sisters to the north rang loud and clear through the crisp morning air.  “OH CANADA!”  The patter of bouncing feet, the whisper of “thank you””pardon””good morning, eh””excuse me sir” (insert 100 other overly polite Canadian-like phrases), and the loud slap of hands against thighs in a tightly formed army of jumping jacks.  PR DAY.  We were fucking pumped and ready! read more

MOTORBOAT:  The placement of one’s face, specifically the mouth, into the area between a well-endowed woman’s breasts, followed by a rapid shaking of the face in a side-to-side motion accompanied by yelling. The resulting sound that is created sounds similar to an outboard boat motor.
