April Recruiting Challenge – PDX

We’ve all heard it a thousand times… “It’s too dark, too cold, too rainy”…or “I’ll come when the weather is better.” Well guess what, tribe. It’s April. Spring is here, and with that comes that better weather so many possible recruits have been waiting for. It’s time to cash in on those better weather verbals. It’s time to grow our tribe. If there’s one thing we can be certain of about November Project, it’s that the workouts are better with more people. More people means more energy. More connection. More new friends!

More chances to share the high vibes that we all have come to expect from Wednesday mornings. Those vibes that carry us through the rest of our days with positive attitudes and extra pep in our step.

So with all that being said, We present to you: THE APRIL RECRUITING CHALLENGE.

Throughout the month of April, we will be watching to see who’s really pushing to #recruiteveryone. Our goal is growth. If we can grow (and sustain that growth) into summer, the tribe will only get stronger. We want to be the talk of the town. Let’s make some noise in the fitness community.

So here’s how it’s going to work. We will keep a spreadsheet with a tally of points.

The point system works like this…

You get:

2 points if you #justshowup to a workout.

3 points for showing up in #grassrootsgear.

2 points for every instagram post about November Project with the hashtag #recruiteveryonePDX

3 points for a really good instagram post with the aforementioned hashtag. (subjective but deal with it.)

5 points for every new recruit you bring.

5 points for every recruit one of your recruits brings.

6 points for every recruit that shows up to Sunrise 6K on April 11th or PR day.

At the end of the month, we will total up the points and the top 3 recruiters will be rewarded with prizes and bragging rights.

LET’S DO THIS TRIBE!
