We’re deep into autumn with Thanksgiving just around the corner, and that can only mean that we are way overdue to play some football!! So grab your helmet and meet us at the 50 yard line.
The Coin Toss
Here is how this is going to play out. We’ve got 4 rounds, 7 minutes each. We’re going to call these the 4 quarters! Each quarter, you’ll have 4 moves to choose from. Each rep you do will equal 1 yard. 10 reps will equal 1 down. 4 downs will equal 1 touch down and you’ll celebrate by doing 3 push ups! That’s the base of each quarter. We’ll change up the moves each quarter and add some fun things but that’s the base. Ready for the kick off??
First Quarter

You can do the moves in any order. You can mix and match however you want. Go for those reps, get those downs, and don’t forget to do your touchdown push ups. Each time you get to your 3 push ups, you get a point. Keep track of your points!!
We’ve got 7 minutes on the clock! *blows whistle* Let’s goooooooooo!!
Second Quarter

Time for the second quarter!! Same base as before, but now we’re adding the ability to throw a pass! You can do 10 burpees and it will count for 2 downs, getting you a little closer to your next touchdown! Ready??
Third Quarter

Make sure you get a halftime hydration break and now it’s time for the third quarter. So, for this time, we’re adding the option to tackle. On the zoom, if someone called out your name, you were tackled and had to stop what you were doing and do 15 jumping jacks. If you’re doing this on your own, pick a fun goal. If your cat comes to pester you…tackle. Music changes…tackle. Pick whatever you want and get ready because we’re back in this game!!
Fourth Quarter

It’s the final quarter of the game! It’s all on the line. New moves and now you have the ability to kick a field goal! Try to get in 10 single leg RDL’s without getting tackled for a point!! You’ve got this! Last round…here we GO!!!!
The Burnout
We hope you kept track of your points because here is where they come into play. For the burnout, we’re going to be doing 100 Glute Bridges…BUT you get to take 1 away for every point you scored during the workout, so if you scored 25 points, you only have to do 75 glute bridges. You’ve got this!!!

Great work today, folks!!! Great game!!!
