To say I was taken off guard on Wednesday is a bit of an understatement. But one that I am glad for. Dates are fuzzy, and the details are not always with me, but I definitely remember how I felt two years ago?
Unsure, worried, and excited.
I wanted to see what we could all do together.

Through the last two years I would say we have done a lot! Like a lot a lot.

We created online workouts so we could see each other every Wednesday, no matter the case count.

We created coincidences when we were encouraged to be outside.

We braved many mornings where we could see our breath let alone our community.

I believe we created a space for people to belong to.

And I hope we can continue to build something so good you can’t help but tell everyone you love about it.

I am not the best spokesperson for NovemberProject. I have a hard time talking to people that I don’t know. And if you have had a conversation with me you know I will likely say something weird? And just so we’re all on the same page:

Yes I noticed.
Yes I am sorry?
And yes I will think about it in a couple years when I am falling asleep.

Regardless, it just takes practice and pretty soon it will be just something we do. Say hello, ask how their day is, invite them to a workout at 6:30am?

Wednesday down on the “Triangle of Doom” is always a good time. But it’s better when you’re there.

I want to thank all of you for being there and giving it what you had!!

I want to thank Mel for standing me up and standing beside me.

Thanks Richard for retiring. You’re not that old?

And if you’ve never been, here is an open invitation. To #JustShowUp

We will host you, and it will be good.
