And then there were none – Guest blog (MTL)

Guest blog by Jeremy Ullman

And then there were none. With Milana and Derek both gone, today’s workout featured double-co-leadership-replacement by myself and esteemed colleague Laurent Caudrelier. Shout-outs to Camelbak, Nalgene and Lululemon for being the most popular water bottles here at NP MTL.

Plank tag and a leg-raise-incline-push-up option space; does free will exist? Extension. One thousand two hundred seconds of hearts beating fast. Contraction. Today’s bounce:

Out with the old
And in with the new
Derek and Mila
Are zero for two
In terms of their presence
Today at NP
But not in their spirit
That lives in our feet
I mean in our hearts
I mean in our farts
No I meant in our hearts
Yeah we meant in our hearts.

Good morning…
