Sure it says Messy Jesse at the bottom of this but it’s really Kait. Kait who is having technological troubles and still wants to get the blog post out…
So every time I do the bounce, I have this grand plan of how my voice will carry over the heads of the tribe members, inspire them, make them laugh or be goofy, and we’ll all sing the lyrics/words clearly and perfectly. Yeah…that never seems to happen but I appreciate how you roll with it. Let’s just say the bounce is still a work in progress.
For those at 5:30 who really heard my voice crack, you’re welcome. For those of you at 6:30 who picked up on the song (Rachel and Adam) thank you. For everyone else, this is where we were going for the Valentine’s love theme…
Anyways, the workout. No, we did not have any Bumble or Tinder dates show up but we did have a lovely traverbaler Tibby from NYC. I challenged the tribe with a two-part tabata and they rocked it. I may have even thrown in a couple extra reps because well, y’all can handle it. Sure it wasn’t as much running as normal but sometimes we need to change things up and think about those glute muscles. I mean, think about all those times we told a physical therapist or ourselves that we would actually do strength work…well today we did. And everyone was a star. Check out today’s Instagram story for further evidence.

Really. Did you check Instagram yet? You’ll now know that LA is full of stars and yes, it can be be tough to get up and going but whenever we get to Griffith (or whatever location we happen to be at…cough cough tracker), it’s the hugs, the smiles, the workout, and the DANCE MOVES that keep me going and I hope they do the same for you.

Do Good LA.
