PR – take Two.
2nd August marked the 2nd PR for November Project Malaysia. Due to some confusion in counting during our first PR (suicide uphill between the lamp posts), we have decided to simplify the loops by doing the full hill, which are “A side” of the hill down and up about 1km and “B side” side of the hill down and up about 800 m. The PR was set to complete 3 loops (A+B side) within 30 mins. This make life easy as we eliminated the counting post part.

Thor was there!
While most Mirian sleep in the cool with some light thunder morning, more than 55 participants show up at the Bumiko hill around 5:10am. Everyone arriving and start gathering around anticipating the bounce led by the co-leader. We manage to incorporate the “thunder” song into the bounce too! Kudos to Ridley.
Check out the awesome people who went extra miles.
Davina – She just return from #traverbal at November Project London, despite having some problem with her ankle, she showed up on the injury deck and be our time keeper for the PR. So, what’s your better or more creative excuses not to join us?

Irene & Kelvin – It was the 2nd time for Irene and first time for Kelvin in experiencing early morning workout with us. Probably they were too excited about the atmosphere and too focus on the PR, they missed the time cut announcement after 30 minutes of workout. Both went all the way downhill into loop A and continue pushing to finish the uphill part. They both showed up just in time for the group picture. Everyone giving them a big cheers and great shout out to both.
Victor – He is regular to our NP social work out, he joined few morning sessions when we are still pledging. This PR day was his first time in the official NP workout with us. We got his #Verbal few days before the session. He is a regular runner and very humble in person, he claimed the first PR warrior/seahorse chain in the tribe. Well done Victor.

Shout out to all runners who are going for Kuching International Marathon which will be 10 days away from the PR day, they still showed up for the PR run and kept it at light tempo to prevent any pre-race injury. Good luck to all and have a fun/safe run!
Co-Leaders on the earlier shift!
NP Malaysia known as one of the early tribe that start the workout at 5:15am. On PR day we will start 5 mins early just to ensure we get in bounce and enough time for PR. If you wondering why you got a sweat hug from your co-leaders while we just done with the normal bounce? Because they went even further by doing their own PR before the actual session! How crazy was that?

News!

P/S: We got the #verbal from Mr Sun but he always shows up late around 6am. We tried to create “We Missed You” blog for him but none of us have a close-up picture or social account of him. Can anyone give him a morning call or ask him not no snooze his morning alarm again? We need him to be there so that we could have a better lighting for our picture. Please help guys.
