Daylight come when you do-a the crunch…-a . . . “I do the cha-cha like a sissy girl. I lik-a do da cha-cha.” I’m sorry we seem to be having some technical difficulties. In other news . . . [breaks wind].

Here we go; back on track: Workout was great. A few dips, a few trips around the sun, a few hops, and a few push-up drops. E’ry day we were shuffling, and er day we were on a boat crunching. If none of that makes any sense, it either means you weren’t at the workout or I wrote it, or both.

Notes
- Friday’s workout is at 6a at the Athenaeum/YMCA/Coat Check Coffee. The workout is a 5k, it’s free (as it always is), and it’s a team-up to support Back On My Feet, a not-for-profit that helps homeless individuals literally and figuratively get back on their feet. There’s a sign-up where they suggest a $5 donation, but neither the signing up nor the donating is a requirement; Like I said, we’re always free, so do it if you do, don’t it if you don’t.
- Jaden was our pic poppin’ animal once again; thanks, JB!
- Next week ‘s theme (unannounced at the workout) is “Back to School”. Do with it what you will, just don’t oversleep.

- Shout-out to Dustin, our resident Hoka shoes rep, who let us run around in his fresh kicks. BTW, Dustin doubled today for his first NP workout; nice work!
- Jason deserves a special shout-out here too; Dude shaved 4 mins off his Race Day PR time!! Wow.

If you’re in a rut, get out of it; swallow your pride or fear and reach out or make some connections to help you make a move. If you’re not in a rut, be willing to listen. Regardless, have a stellar week!
