The results are in . . . fun was had by all at NP here in Indy this morning (and at a hell of a good price I might add)!
We had plenty of groggy faces still recovering from contentious races, but we made due with heightened energy, hugs upon hugs, and of course free as can be fitness! Despite the economy, despite the rhetoric, despite the political mortal combat, NP always stands firm based on a solid, unshakable platform of free fitness and a sense of community for the masses! I think that’s a platform nearly everyone can stand on.

Workout
Southside mustache flight pattern. The month beckons it, the people covet it; therefore, we provide it.
On the whistle, we all sprinted to the gold door up top. From there it was a trip down the stairs and around the bend to the east gold door. Eleven hoistees were hoisted the first lap, eleven plank hold partner jumps were done the second. On the way back to the southside top gold door, we paused for some tricep dips (incline “bushface” pushups the second lap), ran to the top, then sprinted over to the west side. In front of that gold door we took on some partner low-five pushups first lap, back-to-back-partner-high-five-side-plank-hold-Butt-Bumpers second. That last exercise can be easily remembered using the helpful acronym BTBPHFSPHBB or the memory-jogging, silly phrase Be The Bold People Helping Fish Swim Past Hungry Bear Babies.

Notes
- Keep the hype train going regarding the Nov 19th, 9a Indy premier of NP’s “Showing Up” film! We’ll be at the IMAX inside the Indiana State Museum, and any and all are welcome. Invite friends, family, strangers that seem potentially nice at first blush! We’ll do a workout beforehand, coffee and breakfast sweets in the interim, and movie showing as the cherry on top!
- Big props to those that show up and encourage others to keep doing the same as the Wednesdays become colder!
- Our cameraman was down with the sickness; get well soon, JB!
No matter your vote, keep in mind the beauty of the system we stand by and the country we are fortunate enough to live in. Have a tremendous week!
