Each leg of a triathlon requires a different physical skill, but each requires the same amount of determination and fight to give it your all. The tribe gave that fight today in the November Project – USA Triathlon Challenge. Each of you earned your medal.
A GREAT leader does not set out to be a leader…they set out to make a difference. It is not about the role, it is about the goal. Today, the tribe had three stand in leaders. Those leaders learned how lucky they are to be a part of this tribe, and they also learned how PRESENT our leaders John and Paul are every week and how their presence brings a special energy.
