Welcome to the next 6 months+ of NP. As perfect as today was for running, we are #weatherproof. We will meet M/W/F 6:30 in any weather, any place in DC. Get in that mindset. I’m pumped.

We’re going bullets for the recap.

• Multiple Chuzis were in one workout.
• Philly was in the house.
• Bateman, Sternal, and Courtin raced 13.1 and just showed up.
• Robin Watkins won the Grindstone 100 mile race (22 hours) Saturday and just showed up today.
• Wednesday we’re breaking 500.
