Sooo…. guest co-leader, Eric, was very diligent in crafting a post for all of you. It was I, slacker Lazine, who dropped the ball. Don’t think that was Eric….
Here goes:
Howdy friends!
Hope you’re soaking in the loveliest September weather today.
One thing I love about workouts like today’s is seeing people doing unique exercises and incorporating the objects around us into the workout. Here are some of the cool things I saw that inspired me this morning:
- Chase’s giant 4′ box jumps (holy cow, buddy!)
- Lazina’s inverted rows on the railing
- Cory incorporating his cane into exercises
- Jason’s glute activation things…??? (do those things have a name?)
I’m sure there’s many others that I missed too. I love learning new exercises and getting inspired by all of you!
One of the many things I love about this community is that I’m always learning from the people around me. Whether it’s seeing each other’s unique exercise, or hearing about someone’s travels, careers, hobbies, or anything else, we’re all inspiring each other every time we come together.
See you all on Wednesday!
Eric
PS: Are your calves still burning from football shuffles? I hope so because mine sure are!
