Is this the moment of the year where everyone is tired and exhausted needs some sort of pick me up? I really need help finding the good right now.
Maybe it’s just me, but it has been harder and harder to get out of bed lately. I’ve even had a rough time trying to figure out what to talk about in the blog…. (anyone want our thoughts on some topic? Let us know). Is it the weather? Is it the darkness? Why do I feel like I want to just lie on the couch forever. Is this what it feels like to be burnt out? Will it ever be warm again? I’m not the only one who feels like they’re in a funk… am I?
I know there’s some sort of light at the end of the tunnel. There always is. I’m having some trouble finding it though. Let’s start thinking about whats ahead:
- Commonwealth Stadium workouts
- Biker gang
- Light at workouts
- #NPSummit is on the calendar
- Lots of cool races this summer
- 104st Farmers’ Market – This is one of my favourite things to do
- Not wearing winter coat
- Summer vacations
- Canada Day workout
- Concerts – apparently I’m going to 5000 concerts this year
The list can go on and on. What is everyone else looking forward to? What’s on your list?
