Treasure hunting

Last week we had our last #six2summit workout with two of our most creative badass girls, who can let everybody sweat .
Diana wrote a guestblog about Hijacking #NP_AMS:

When your alarm rings at 5am and instead of pressing ‘snooze’ you excitedly jump from the bed, could mean only one thing… It’s Wednesday morning!

Yes, some people think we are crazy. One of the most windiest and rainiest days of this summer, but we still do it. And we don’t need to pretend that we do make an effort. It actually happens so naturally, so smoothly. Sometimes we just eager to see our friends, sometimes – we do want to workout. And sometimes we just want to dress up like pirates and have a party!

And some might never understand, why we do want this craziness in our lives instead of just normal hard-core workout.

But why not? Why not allow ourselves to be kids again? Two weeks ago we played tag in the form of exercise, couple months ago we did heart sticker Valentine’s day… And last week we had… pirate-themed work-out! In our daily lives we are serious enough… Maybe we have to wear suit at work and pretend to understand the serious business talk whole day. Or maybe we are parents, who are supposed not to allow their children to jump up and down on the bed. I get it.

There are rules and we need to set a good example at work/home/society. But who is going to deny us that one hour per week, where we do whatever we want, where we become whoever we feel like, where we behave like a five year olds…? And if that malarkey behavior gains us good mood, energy for whole day and the foundation of the abs muscles we are working on before summer holidays… isn’t that a win-win situation?

So yes, last week we played with plastic swords in the rain, we learned how to row the boat synchronized while its very windy, we were rewarded with the shot of ‘rum’ after the run up the stairs and we even went for treasure hunt which resulted in all of us eating healthy cupcakes for breakfast. Who would want to miss that? Even if it all starts at 6:28…

Much love Diana
