We’ve decided to add on a new PR course once a month. Over the past few Mondays, the three co-leaders have been putting you the Monday attendees through their paces with a variety of speedy races. Shorter and faster than our Wednesday PR course, and a perfect quick start to the workout kick your week into gear. Each Monday, we’ve trialled a different course. Now it’s in the Tribe’s hand to choose their favourite. The winning course will become a staple of our NPSF month. Hell there’s may even be prizes for the winning time, or largest PRs. Perhaps!
So here are the three courses. Which one do you choose? Voting link is here. Yup this link. So make sure to vote. In case you missed it, the voting link is back there, and also below. SO GET OUT AND VOTE!
The Ultra Ripped by Zip: 4 laps of the green, 4 sets of 25 body weight exercises (record time: ~10 min)
The McCloskey Miler: The pure running loop. Down to Equator, up the Fort Mason stairs, over to Aquatic Park and back (record time: ~6 min)
The Surprise of the Irishman: 4 short and fast loops around the warehouse, 4 exercises, 10 reps each (record time: ~4 min)
This choice is yours. Which of these courses do you want to keep on for our monthly Monday PR? https://goo.gl/forms/PdQ53uSrXc6grEk53

JUST ANOTHER MANIC MONDAY!
Big ups to Lindsay Bolt for leading the bounce this morning, and to Ben Dickens for pushing the Tribe through a closing “Buff by Ben” core workout. The. Tribe. Is. Strong.
