November Project (MSP) is officially part of the 2023 Grandma’s Marathon Running Club Experience! This means YOU (and not just all you MSPers, any NP member looking to come run this epic race can join) will receive the RC benefits below if you follow the registration instructions, even farther below for either the full or half marathon. And remember, all of this is just the cherry on top of getting to run a great race with best people along the most beautiful lake in the world.
- 10% off entry fee for Grandma’s Marathon (only for the full marathon)
- Running Club Bibs — Running Club bibs will have an official Grandma’s Marathon Running Club insignia which will grant club runners access to the Running Club Tent at the Marathon Starting Line.
- Finish Line Bleacher Passes — Participating clubs receive (1) Finish Line Bleacher Pass per runner.
- Reserved Running Club Experience Section at Michelina’s All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Dinner — Come together to break bread with other participating clubs for this Grandma’s Marathon weekend tradition since 1977! Race participants, families, friends and the entire community are encouraged to come in, sit down and enjoy our dinner in a wonderful family style atmosphere. We offer an unlimited amount of spaghetti with marinara sauce (gluten-free pasta is available upon request), with or without Italian sausage meatballs, Caesar salad, bread, and dessert.
Running Club Registration Instructions
Between now and May 15, 2023, please follow the below instructions to register:
1. Click on this registration access link: https://raceroster.com/events/2023/62872/2023-grandmas-marathon-weekend-races .
2. Click the Register button and create a Race Roster account or log in if you already have one.
3. Select Grandma’s Marathon and complete the registration form.
4. In the box that says “Enter Promo Code”, enter the code: RCNovemberMN23 and click “Continue To Waiver”.
5. Follow the remaining prompts and you’ll be ready to go!
Tips For Securing Lodging During Grandma’s Marathon Weekend:
- We encourage you to CALL HOTEL PROPERTIES vs. booking online.

- Starting in February, our area universities will begin taking reservations for lodging in their residence hall rooms and apartments. Contact information for the universities is on the lodging page of our web site (same link as above).
