Did you see?! Did you see?! We only worked out this morning in the dark for the first 10mins of the workout!! We had light during the workout! Even though yesterday we had snow on the ground I will still get unreasonably excited about spring time weather! Great work to everyone coming and challenging themselves through today’s workout. This community wouldn’t be possible without you and I am forever grateful that you choose to #JustShowUp and help build this amazing community!

For the rest of the blog I wanted to talk about this year’s summit, starting with Lazina and I formally inviting you to come join. I say formally because a lot of the time people just need a reason to come and after having been to many summits over the years I would love to be able to have you join in this amazing shindig. There was this old adage of NP that said “this shit is good,” and honestly that perfectly summarizes the past and, I believe, future NP summits. I am a fairly go with the flow kind of human and my experiences around summit really can be best summarized as this shit is good. Imagine how amazing the NPCan community is, how fantastic each person is, and then imagine sticking the same type of amazing people from across 52 cities all into one place over a weekend. I don’t want to say ‘assume the best in everyone’ but honestly it’s hard not to think that while at summit. It is such a wild event to simultaneously know virtually no one but to have this shared experience that is November Project at the same time. It’s like adult summer camp but you all have something in common. I’ve had so many touching and feel good moments with this global community that honestly I just would love for more people to have the opportunity to experience it too. Don’t get me wrong this isn’t in the cards for everyone, maybe you are busy this weekend, maybe with covid you aren’t comfortable yet, or for whatever reason this year just wont work for you – all of that is ok. What I want to do is provide a space where you feel comfortable saying that you’ll consider it and that you don’t feel any social barriers in thinking that way. If you have any questions at all please feel free to come talk to Lazina and me or any of the community members who have gone before. I really hope you can make it 🙂

Just in case you need some hype around summit here is some awesome content from past years. They say a picture can speak a thousand words most of these videos are 60 frames a second and are minutes long so the below content is like a million plus words! I’m fairly certain that a million plus words can convince you to at least consider coming to summit 🙂 Let the hype train begin!!
