Just like the old days with a giant bowl of Sugar Smacks, we dug in with a “Cereal Killer” workout this morning. Captain Crunches and Kix on the north side with Apple (Plank) Jacks and Oatmeal Square (Push-ups) on the south were all part of a balanced breakfast. We even threw in some Corn Pops (Side Frog Jumps) to connect them all with the up and overs. And to wash the whole thing down we went sky diving burnout courtesy of DG, Roger, and Christine from NP Milwaukee.

Joining us for breakfast this morning was the first fall weather of the season, several wide-eyed newbies, and the best hype man in the business, J-Keys!! It was good to see most of those things, and after a few frog jumps and squat kicks, it was good to see ALL of those things.
Announcements:
The Monumental Marathon and Half-Marathon is only a couple weeks away and we have some VERY exciting things planned. Starting with a “Painting, Tagging, and Poster Party/NP Social” on Thursday, October 26th. We have also secured Sun King Brewery for the after party on the day of the race starting at 3pm. We will have a full blog write up closer to race day with all the details but make sure you get these on your calendar. Even if you aren’t running the race there is tons of fun stuff to participate in with the cheer station and the social events!!
Friday’s workout will be at University Park – which is the fountain JUST SOUTH of the Indiana War Memorial where the smelly trees drop their smelly fruits. I’d love to hear the Lorax’s explanation of what the fuck those things are.
Next Wednesday is RACE DAY and Tagging Day!! While we are weather proof, spray paint is NOT and we cannot paint when it is below 35°. So next week may be your only day to get a tag before next spring. Brace yourself!
Speaking of…November is fast approaching and we have some AMAZING things in the works for our namesake month. So stay tuned as we will be dropping some hot fire on your face very soon once we have everything locked in.
Great job this morning!! We will see you Friday!!
