NP Phoenix Outshines Winter Solstice

December 19, 2018, the darkest Wednesday of 2018. Literally. However, if you set your alarm and got yourself to the West Buttes Lot by 5:59 AM, you wouldn’t have noticed. You would have found a group of people with sunny dispositions, warm hugs, and a sea of headlamps. Take that winter solstice. Today’s joy consisted of sprints, burpees, pulse squats, and many, many abs.

As 2018 heads to a close, and 2019 draws near, think about your goals and resolutions for 2019. If any of them are fitness related, any easy way to check that box is to spend two mornings a week with us! If any of them have to do with deepening or building new relationships, a simple way to check that box? Just show up. Please consider reaching out to friends, co-workers, Uber drivers, and strangers of all walks of life to join you at NP this upcoming year! It’s going to be the best year yet! #betterwithage #morefunwithfriends
