I love emojis. Ask almost anyone who has ever received a text from me or an Instagram comment, more often than not there will be an emoji attached. Sometimes, simply an emoji – I love that if you only use 3, they are extra large! The smiling face with blushing cheeks and pretty much any of the hearts are my go-tos. The sunshine and the runners are being called upon pretty often lately as well. Some of them of confuse me. I’m sure they mean something completely different than what I use them for, sometimes people tell me, other times, they just let me go with it. Sometimes their corrections are met with the eye rolling emoji (another of my favourites…ask Rob, Andrew or Nadim…they’ve been on the receiving end of that one a few times).
If I were to use emojis to describe this morning’s workout it would most definitely include the happy face, a baseball, the runners, the duo pink hearts, and the sunshine. Thank you Nadim for our game of NP Baseball. Loved the burpees, partner pushups, trio leg lowers and ABC quartet situps. You hit a homerun with this one! For this I give you the medal emoji!
