Most weeks at NP Oakland we can let our hair down, cheer our lungs out, and give high fives loud enough that they echo across the lake. But on PR Wednesday, we run stairs. And we run them quietly. SHHHH.
We love our neighbors by Lake Merritt and love sharing the Cleveland Cascade steps with them. So on PR Wednesdays we become happy, courteous ninjas.
It works out great anyway because the tribe pushes so hard for our 30-minute workout that they wouldn’t have much breath to make a lot of noise anyway.
