Pick out the most strangely situated partner workout photos, and that is an exercise NP likes to call a Bojan.

…
Heavy fog created a wintery-looking wonderland this morning (well, not really at all, besides humungous water molecules looking like snowflakes — also, Allison doesn’t really know what they look like).
MAN YOUR BATTLE STATIONS! But seriously get your butt to a workout station and rock it out with your partner for 7 minutes and rotate (dancing, skipping, rolling, and sprinting to your next workout station is encouraged). The randomized workout stations worked out well after Travis ran around like a chicken with its head cut off to answer any questions people have about the workout station (which also made for an excellent workout)!

You put in a hell of an effort this morning, crushing sprints around sharp corners, aforementioned Boyjjans, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, burpees, planks, frog-leaping on slippery docks, bearl crawling on splintery docks (beware of the docks).
Thank YOU for showing up. Most sincere, heartfelt thank you, because this is what the world needs. You’re the reason this positive, healthy community is here and growing.
The Tribe is strong.
We are here for you to reach your goals, make new friends, deepen friendships, have fun over grueling workouts, bring more people to experience this free fitness world takeover and hugs.

Can’t wait to see you next week to cram those New Year’s Resolutions!
Same time, same place.
Wednesday at Gators Dockside Baldwin Park:
5:45am free group run
6:29am free group fitness
ALSO ALSO ALSO: HUGE THANK YOU to our NP Orlando Tribe for coming together and wildly surprising Travis & Allison with the SWEETEST gift ever! How you know we love puns and word play. And how we’d like to hear about the insane antics that went on behind the scenes to make this possible.

Each and everyone of you, love y’all so much.

It was a cold and soggy start… but the people always manage to warm things up! Thanks again to our fearless November Project Orlando leaders for another great workout!
