- Great work to everyone who came out and put in the work on the hill today. It was so hot and muggy but that didn’t stop us
- Monday is a holiday so we are going to #ExploreOurCity by heading over to the Terwillegar Footbridge for our workout
- Aug 10 – NPCan Yearbook photos – the theme this year is Superhero (whatever that means to you e.g. Pots&Pans person, WonderWoman, The super hero that loves the colour yellow etc etc). While Edna from the Incredibles doesn’t like capes, we highly encourage them.
- If you are able, there is a donation page for a Malaysian co-leader who passed away recently (more details here https://november-project.com/memorial-fund-for-robert-ling/) The news came as an absolute shock to a lot of us and I welcome any discussion on it, but for today I’ll leave you with two quick comments: 1) Tell the people that you care about that you love them. Do it more and do it often; we don’t know how much time we have. 2) If you ever need support working through our emotional roller coaster that we call life, please know that their are people who are willing to help (if you ever need resources I would be happy to provide them).
- Drink lots of water and enjoy this long weekend!
Keeping being awesome,
Rob
