Hey Lou & Will, I thought you should know that I’m fine on my own. I don’t miss you at all. And while I’m completely lying through the screen right now, the fact of the matter is that our tribe is relentless and trusting; they respect each other and us; they know to be extra quiet because no one wants to hear me try and scream that loudly; and holy shit, they know how to kick ass. While we missed the hell out of y’all this morning, we still showed up and pushed ourselves (ok, let’s be honest – they worked out hard, I just took pictures and told them they looked good).
After a great bounce led by our two badass tribe members going to Boston this upcoming weekend, y’all were off running for a good lap and round of stairs. But this was only the warm up for what was a tough, sweaty, kick-you-in-the-ass workout.

This morning the tribe learned that while Bojans can be super fun, they’re hard as hell when performed on concrete; the key to success: stay low and ignore the blood coming from your scraped knees and elbows. They learned that going straight from squats/squat holds into hoistees is nothing but painful; the key to success: trust your partner. And lastly, they learned that bear crawl is apparently supposed to be done with straight legs and through a tunnel of people; the key to success: cheer each other on and the end of the tunnel won’t seem as far.

We’re pumped that the Positivity Award will travel with Paige and Ondrej to Boston this weekend for the Marathon – we can’t wait to cheer you on from afar. KICK ASS ON MARATHON MONDAY AND REP NP NOLA!!

This morning we learned that the key to success to any workout is to first just show up and the rest will come. Go win your day, NOLA.

Good Luck Paige and Ondrej!
Hi, Im Eric from Pendleton, OR (Round-Up City and yes, home of the blankets) and will be in NOLA for the week for a Public Health Training as of tomorrow and would like to join you all on Wednesday if thats ok. Saw the movie and heard Brogan on a couple podcasts and would like my visit to NOLA to be one that is sweaty that is self-induced rather than just the humidity:). Please let me know what I should do to participate on Wednesday. Thank you. I look forward to joining you all. Eric
