I woke up this morning with an extra pep in my step. Of course, being #weatherproof, that extra bite in the air wasn’t a deterrent. I wanted to get there early and hopefully be there first to greet all of you.
It’s my second last NP morning and well, I’m feeling how I’m feeling about it. That means, I wanted to get to the FUNicular stairs and say hi to each and every one of you! I think I did. I hope I did.
Though we’ve been here in earlier NP years, we DID spend a lot of time at the FUNicular stairs during that mid-pandemic year. Rob and I figured that we could still do stairs but perhaps a bit further apart?!
Remember, we were all dealing with the best info we had at the time about the sitch.
Well, this morning brought back some memories from those days.
I hope you had a great weekend and had some moment, in your own way, to acknowledge and understand Canada’s day for Truth and Reconciliation.
Lastly, to our dear friend Steve Baker… Happy 60th Birthday!
