CHALLENGE!
Be Inclusive, not Not Exclusive.
Inclusive = active. Bring people in.
Exclusive = active. Pushing people away.
Not Exclusive = passive. Not pushing them away, but not trying to bring them in, either.
We’re not going to be Exclusive. I won’t even suggest it, or talk about that. BUT, let’s try to make an effort to not be Not Exclusive, either. Let’s be FULLY Inclusive.
