So, THIS is newsworthy!
While I’ve been hanging on to today’s workout location for a couple of months now, I did NOT know that it was heated concrete!!!
At most, I thought it may have been shovelled but like, not even. It was 6am on a holiday.
Well, we all enjoyed cushy and warm hands, backs and bums this AM!
I must say, it’s been nice to ease back in after a few weeks in the warm weather- in Mexico!
While I do miss wearing shorts and a tanks to do a workout, I’m SO happy to be back. There’s nothing like a Family Day workout…. withe the NP famjam.
And, thank you to all of you for checking in. I’m feeling great. Body is doing well.
I hope you’re spending some great time today with your family and friends. I know I sure have been.
