Today is Halloween.
Tomorrow is the official anniversary of the start of November Project. THE November Project. Boom.
Today we dressed up in costumes and ran around in circles and through a cemetery of “retired” NP_BOS tribe members…all of whom are no longer with us. Where’d they go? They’ve moved to other places and we miss their faces in Boston. Each old NP Boston tribe member’s tombstone instructed us to do a different exercise, which we performed on the beautiful stage of the Publick Theatre in Herter Park. Then after doing the exercise, we yelled out a fantastic, funny, weird, unbelievable reason that they left Boston. Some reasons heard this morning: “Emily Palmer left Boston because there were too many Emily’s.” “Goldie Graham left to follow the abs.” “Andrew Ferrence left because his Stanley Cup wasn’t big enough.” “Danielle Pahud left because the Vancouver tribe couldn’t tag shirts for shit.”
Remembering all the tribe members who’ve helped make this tribe what it is was downright awesome. We wouldn’t be where we are today without all of you who made up our NP Cemetery.* There are also so many incredible tribe members who helped grow this thing from a “project” in November 2011 to what it is now, who still live in Boston! We miss those faces too.** Speaking of this shit starting out…
Wednesday we will celebrate the 5th Birthday of November Project!!

November 16th. SAVE THE DATE for the official Boston screening of the film “Showing Up,” a documentary created by Dooster and powered by The North Face. In the PM…after dark. Exact time and meet up location will be dropped soon. Be ready to run first, get blown away by the film next, and gather & celebrate with the tribe after that.
