We’re a tribe full of ’em. Good people. At every workout, in every city, every week. People that never cease to amaze, with their selflessness, open minds, and open hearts. Every now and then, someone stands out and makes a little noise with their character, attitude, and actions. The November Project tribe member architype. We usually use the generic name, “tribe member” to describe this person, but today, let’s use the slightly less generic, “Antonette”.

Antonette shows up.
Antonette supports her tribe with all she’s got.
Antonette feeds into and off of the vibe, every time she shows up.
Antonette pushes herself to step further and further outside of her comfort zone, inspiring others to follow.
Antonette has great days, and she shares that positivity with the tribe.
Antonette also has shitty days, and she knows the tribe will be there to hold her up.
Antonette’s support of the tribe extends beyond the workouts, at socials and other tribe member organized events.
Antonette makes occasional sacrifices for the good of the people to whom she is connected, knowing that a little selflessness can go a very long way.
Antonette sees the inherent good in people, casting cynicism aside, viewing the tribe through an idealist lense.
Antonette shares what she has to offer. We all possess unique qualities, skills, and abilities that can undoubtedly elevate the people around us.
Antonette gives a mean hug, a stinging high-five, and a smile that forces the corner of your lips to reach for the sky.
Antonette truly gives a shit. She cares.
“Antonette” can be any of you. You all possess extraordinary qualities, and you’ve all chosen to show up to November Project to share, to grow, and to shake things up. To say this group of Antonettes is changing the world sound cheesy, exaggerated, and a bit too bold, doesn’t it? But it is. We see it every week. Positive change starts small, with a few Antonettes turned many, one big bear hug at a time. You’re all part of something special. In this community, with your positivity, and your desire to shine, the world truly is a little brighter. Keep it up NPSD, it’s working!
