Some of you are crazy racers that look forward to planning out your racing season every year with marathons, 10ks, ultras, trail races, ironmans, etc. Others could care less and just love to work out. And still others are fighting every day to find the motivation to get out of bed or off the couch. Where could one find all these varieties of individuals in one place? I’ll give you one guess and it doesn’t rhyme with hug me (despite the excessive amount of hugging occurring).
Why do you train? What are you training for? How do you monitor your training? We can’t answer the first two questions for you but the third question gets answered every last Wednesday of the month at PR Week when we all get after it, no matter what. Once a month, we give you a chance to check your progress. Despite the fact that we are ALL about community and spreading positive vibes, it’s fun to see yourself get fitter and faster while doing the aforementioned community beneficial things. So make sure you bring a watch on that last Wednesday and then record your time HERE.
