We finally got this ‘holiday’ twice in a row. It’s one of my favourite days on the calendar. I am reminded of the 10 years that I worked at Camp Crystal Lake. People would get really scared on Friday the 13th, but really, if you just gave Jason a hug, you’d be alright. This ties in nicely to my next point, waterfront safety. The river is no longer frozen, and many of the trails are covered in ice. Be safe and don’t slide into the river. My next point about waterfront safety, is surfing. Crowd surfing is safe when it’s your birthday.
It was great to see so many people come out of hibernation this morning. We really did miss you. You know it’s spring when Seumas and Kate aren’t the only people showing skin.
