Talk about trying something new today…
We introduced some new moves to spicen’ up this holiday seasons. If you showed up you saw these moves first hand, if you missed out…. heres the cliffnotes:
We lunged through the safety meadows pressing our heels to the ground and creating beautiful little patties in the remaining morsels of snow.
What do you get when you get a tricep dip – spin – push up down a bench. A spinning Dreidel Dip, duh!!
I gotta give some shoutouts to Lisa Sugarmama and C-Payne on this one as this was truly a collaborative idea. Overly excited squat jumps around the menorah which resembled a fitness mosh-pit. WE WILL BE REPEATING THIS AGAIN…
SANTA SLEIGH RIDE SPRINTS:
A down and back sprint, like an 8 reindeer-powered V – engine
What’s at the end of every sleigh ride?! A bright red nosed reindeer! At the end of the sprints we burpees on the curb until Rudolph shined his nose so bright (aka the red traffic light saved the day…)
PARTNER PRESENT PUSH-UPS:
And at the end of every good holiday – presents under the tree. This morning we gave the gift of partner push-up & high-5’s. Simple, basic but an old goodie – toodie.
Let us not forget about the Auld Lang Syne (sign?!) . It’s bad luck to not close out every circuit with a little tap of the seaport sign to start a fresh new circuit start… Today was some good old fashion, knee jerking fun. I hope you guys got a semi decent sweat in as well.
