Good evening, folks!
We would have written sooner but, as our local readers may have noticed, IT SNOWED TODAY. And it was therefore imperative that this writer get out on the ski hill to get some fresh tracks. Upon returning from said fresh tracks, it was also critical to take a certain devastatingly handsome doggo out for investigative sniffs of the fresh snow (he is happy to report that all important messages were checked and all equally time-sensitive memos were sent out). And now, yeesh, just look at the time… we can only assume that you have been patiently staring at your screen all day long, just waiting for the moment at which this blog would be published.
Fear not, for it has arrived.
If you were able to join us this morning, you were the lucky participant of another fun and creative workout prepared by the one and only… Erin from the Internet. This morning’s ”Schitt’s Creek” workout was really everything you could ask for as far as Canadian sitcom-inspired virtual free early morning workouts go. We had the opportunity to dive into deep character development for each member of the Rose family, with personalized movements for each (”I’m a Hollywood Star!” jumps) colourful commentary, and perfectly timed quotes (i.e., EW David!).
