First off, damn it is good to be back.
Second ..this video summarizes my feels for Wednesday morning.

The work out was simple. Focusing on the core for our little racers this weekend, we had multiple core moves, with burpees obviously, add a loop of the castle and VOILA ! The perfect pre race work out!
Now for the burner we wanted to have a little fun and Sam and I have been waiting MONTHS to pull this guy out. So I was EXTRA pumped. And thus became what will now be known as Dinosaurs and My Little Ponies. Life size version of x and os but using dinosaurs and my little ponies (because um what else would we use??). Pics to demo but essentially, two teams, run and place a dino or a pony in a square, run back, tag your teammate who makes the next move. And while you wait for your teammate to play you plank!!
Disclaimer: Soooooo Wednesday was actually World Burpee day. HOW DID WE MISS THAT? Since a perfect occasion to do a sebiastian was missed, here is a video of people doing burpees for 24hrs …. (please don’t actually watch the video, though there is one person who might actually <cough> Sam <cough>)

But fun fact, doing just eight minutes of burpees is the same as walking an entire 5k. That saves you a whole lot of time. REMEMBER THAT next time we do a Sebiastian.
