Dial It In

Here’s a theme that I’ve created for this year – for myself and especially for November Project. Let’s dial it in. And let me tell you, this morning was DIALED. So much effort, so many new faces, SO. MANY. PRs.

And as a part of getting more dialed in, we’re RE-instituting the Tracker.

What is it? It’s a simple tool on our site that you can use to:

  • Record your workout results and see past results
  • Find out the location of the next workout
  • And VERBAL by clicking a simple button saying that you’ll be at the next workout!
  • And for corporate, it’s technically a waiver.

SO, this post is IMPORTANT, because we’re going to show you how to use it. Here we go.

First, go to the tracker at https://tracking.november-project.com/. If you’ve never used it, you’ll have to create an account/log-in. Option to use Facebook.

You’ll need to make sure your city is correct by looking up on the top-left corner of the screen. IF IT IS NOT, you can click on the city name, or click “change city” on the top right menu:November Project San Diego Tracker

Next, make sure you’re on the correct date (today is Wednesday, January 31), and click “Record a 6:29 Result.”November Project San Diego Tracker

Type in the correct information – “Reps” is how many repeats you completed, and the workout was 30 minutes, 0 seconds. Be sure to check the box if you got a PR!November Project San Diego Tracker

And that’s it! Your name will be posted on the leaderboard!November Project San Diego Tracker

Now, here are instructions on how to drop a VERBAL for the next workout.

Find the correct date for the workout on the calendar at the top of the screen.November Project San Diego Tracker

You’ll notice the time and location is posted on the tracker, complete with a link to view the location on a map. Next, click the button to “Give a Verbal.”November Project San Diego Tracker

BOOOOOM! VERBAL DROPPED.November Project San Diego Tracker

That’s it! Pretty simple, right?
Of course, if you have any questions, just refer to the beginning of this blog post and read it over again.

This will make it easier for us to share locations, track our workouts, and even get to make a friendly callout to that friend who dropped a verbal but maybe slept through there alarm by accident.

Be bright, San Diego. And let’s also be a little dialed in in everything we do.
