Jen sent me the workout last night. There were a lot of leg exercises. I complained. Jen didn’t give two shits. Jen is a badass.
Wednesday is PR day at the RGC stairs and we will be welcoming the World. People from cities as cold as ours will be descending on Edmonton to talk about cold stuff. We are the official Fuck Yeah of Winter Cities so bring your friends and families and text the shit out of the tribe members that you have not seen in a while. Let’s show up, BIG TIME! The two crazy dudes who thought up this whole November Project thing will be there as well, they give great hugs, you don’t want to miss out on that. Boom.
