There’s so much going down in Boston these days. Try to keep up. The Wisco Notes version of all the hullabaloo is here:
- Harry Mattison actually thought that he had been named a new co-leader of the Boston Tribe.
- Chris Payne was still MIA (read away for the weekend) and we miss him
- Capozzi figured out how to get out of bed in time for a workout.
- Harry did some pretty good bits of stand up about NP. We like his kind of weird. #coleader_pledge
- After learning he is, in fact, NOT a new coleader, Harry declared he was leaving NP to go do crossfit #notfreefitness.
- Harry actually went to crossfit this morning.
- The workout was with partners and involved lots of different courts.
- Burpees (rumor: Eric Klawiter do more in 2 min than Malcolm???)

- Spidermen Walks & Split Squats (so technical we all got schooled!)
- Wheelbarrows (you can’t end a Monday without a weird wheelbarrow race)

- Emily Saul forced a child to let an adult sit on her for the adult’s birthday. (someone said she was good with kids, but wtf EmSauce?)
- WEDNESDAY is our usual Stadium workout at Harvard, but not the usual workout.
- bring a backpack on Wed. Fill it with weight. (like water bottles) Maybe a little weight. Maybe a lot. Make the stadium different, harder, more exciting, and more fun. #backpackday
- If Chris Payne doesn’t show up on Wednesday his position as co-leader will officially be handed off to Harry Mattison, who thinks the best song to bring to the bounce for call & response is this one. #stoptheinsanity #Paynepleasecomeback
