Did you know that bird that we worked out under was put there for the Pope. True story. We basically worked out at the Vatican today, for free. Pretty cool, eh?
Gloves are also pretty cool (warm) at this time of year. Don’t look at Keith or Shamis Shameus Seamouse, fuck… however you spell his name, and think that rolling around in your underwear is a good idea. But they are pretty badass.
We are back at the Royal Glenora stairs this Wednesday as the season of Dark is upon us. Like Jen says, that parking lot is a “clusterfuck” if everyone parks there so be a superstar and bike/run there, or park a km. away and get your warm up run in. Wear good shoes if you plan on taking the adventerous hill route during the workout.
