Happy Bike Twerk Day Denver!! What’s that General? Oh it’s Bike To Work Day, not Bike Twerk Day? Well don’t tell the tribe that, because today we biked to the Civic Center Park, twerked really hard through burpee bounds & Polish getups, and then twerked even harder with miles and miles of suicide sprints. Oh and in our down time we literally grabbed our partners for recovery hoistee layouts ™.
Based on the exhausted silence of the tribe after about 25-minutes of hard twerk, the LieutenantGeneral got scared that the tribe was having thoughts of cannibalism, as the smell of bacon burritos wafted from the Bike To Work Breakfast festivities. So we circled it up to sing happy bday to our little ray of shining light, Rump Shaker Wallace, and released our hungry hungry hippos onto the free breakfast offerings provided by the fittest city south of Boulder.
Holler to the Positivity Award that was passed from Super Sarah to Happy Hayley. Holler to our traverballer tribes represented today including MKE, DC, & Mothership.
