Merry Christmas Eve Eve! With the light of our city’s Christmas tree twinkling in the darkness and the bustle of the dedicated yeg city workers removing snow and salting our sidewalks the tribe got down to business! It is all about family at this time of year and we celebrated our tribal family with a special #destinationstation – partner edition! During our three station circuit tribe members paired up to do partner pushups, hoistyj’s, and high 5 planks…there may have been a few burpees, squat & lunge pulses, and laps thrown in for fun too!
Free Fitness Movement. All you need to do is show up!
