And just like that…

If you didn’t happen to see social this weekend, I have news.

I have lots to say. Not now.

I will say that this was big and hard decision for me. Pressing “send” the weekend was a really hard thing to do. And also right for me.

The only other thing I will say at this moment, is this…

Why October 4?

You may recall reading this sentiment (I wrote this at least once…. I’m sure it was more than once though).

If you’ve been around for the past few years (and beyond) and have had the chance to watch me transition from being in the crowd with you to standing at the front, leading at the front. You’ve also watched me grow into this role. And you’ve literally watched me find my voice.

Well, I’m happy to say that the sentiment I wrote a few years back is no longer true. I’m not nervous. I don’t feel overwhelmed. I don’t feel that pit in my stomach. I’ve found my voice at the front of the group. Aaaand, I feel perfectly comfortable, hyped, and happy leading the bounce. Yeah, even at Commonwealth.

It feels fitting to end right there. At Commonwealth. Leading the bounce and not being scared. At all.

I’m going to enjoy the next 4 NP mornings….

And I promise, “Mean Lazine” is staying home after this morning. My legs!!!

I just love ya. A lot.
