A Day to Remember

Today is November 11th . Up in Canada, this is a day to remember those who have fought and continue to fight so bravely for us. We were honoured to have two of those people with us this morning.

When Richard and Calvin are not saving the world, they are regulars at the November Project. They have been around since the early days and are great ambassadors for our tribe, and our country. Richard and Calvin, we salute you!

Now, on to our workout. We might remember that we broke the November Project record for lowest temperature this morning. -13C or 9F was what over 60 of you managed to endure. Like I said, you probably went to the outdoor rink in worse temperatures than this. We all earned our badges of honour, but since too cold to actually put them on, we will be sure to do that when it’s a bit warmer.
The tribe is strong!
