This morning was another picture perfect sunrise for us here at NP YOW. How lucky are we to enjoy these beautiful moments together every Wednesday morning?! It was great to see you all working together in teams to tackle the triple deck of cards challenge. We promise the decks weren’t stacked against you – though we know it seemed like there were an awful lot of face cards in those decks!
The slight chill to the air before we started moving had a lot of us thinking “Summer – please don’t end too quickly!”. But we all know, this is Ottawa. Where heat waves are never over until after Army Run Weekend 😉 There are still plenty of weeks left to enjoy all the warm weather activities. And on that note – the Social Group page on facebook is officially back up and running at 100%, and welcoming all new members to join! This is a great place to drop a note if you’re looking for buddies to go on an adventure with, or to post if you’ve heard of cool events in the community that you’re interested in attending and looking for company or just want to share the info with everybody (Full Moon Yoga – next Thursday, for example!). The Social Group is also a great place to organise if you’re interested in coming to NP SUMMIT 10 in Philadelphia! Accommodations will be starting to be booked soon – if you’re interested in joining, let us know ASAP. Summit is a really great opportunity to meet other people from all over the world who like to wake up early and exercise in sometimes silly ways. It may even inspire you to Traverbal to a new city you’d never thought about visiting before, and you may end up with a new friend whose place you can crash at while you’re there. Who knows!
